YES! I WANT TO START GETTING LEADS

EXPERTS SAY “COLD EMAIL IS DEAD”

Then How Did A Neck-Tattooed Ex-Electrician Use Cold Email To Generate 31 Booked Calls In 2 Weeks?

By finding untapped B2B markets, building prospect lists your competitors can’t pull from Apollo, and using a multi-source data waterfall to uncover “hard-to-reach” decision-makers... the same process that got former Disney executives and the founder of a $500,000,000 ARR company to say: “Yes, let’s hop on a call.”

“Honestly the bigger problem was on our end. We had to pause the campaigns multiple times because we were signing too many clients at once and needed to catch up on delivery.”
Shawn Killens · Killens Media

Dear entrepreneur, business owner, or freelancer,

If you’ve been told the only way to get more clients is to spend more on ads, post more content, ask for referrals, or wait for people to find you... then that advice might actually be the reason your pipeline is shrinking.

Because those strategies depend on:

  • Algorithms
  • Or a limited network

But cold email gives the middle finger to those problems by:

  • Letting you put an offer in front of an entire B2B market
  • Test whether that offer books calls in days (instead of months)
  • And reach buyers who are already open to proactive outreach

Read these next words carefully and I’ll show you how to generate dozens in the next 45-90 days (even if you’ve never sent a cold email in your life)...

First, let’s start with an important premise:

You need thousands of dollars, a personal brand, and years of experience to make cold email work right?

NOPE.

You just need to leverage cold email tech and psychology to access an entire market in days, persuade them to say:

“Let’s discuss”

And once you can do that, client acquisition becomes less mysterious.

How come?

Because instead of sitting around wondering where the hell your next lead is coming from, you can choose 5,000 companies you dream of as clients, pimp slap the gatekeeper to get in front of decision-makers, and start filling your calendar with qualified sales calls.

Now let me tell you how I, an untechnical buffoon, discovered a bizarre data sourcing strategy to tap into underserved markets that get ignored by cold outreach…

...and turn them into calendars full of qualified sales calls.

How A Complete Cold Email Beginner Bought Shitty Domains, Used Apollo, Wrote Bad Copy… And Still Got A $500,000,000 Founder On A Sales Call

First, let me tell you how I, an untechnical buffoon, accidentally fell into cold email and became obsessed with figuring out how to generate 100s of leads a month…

For years, most of my business came inbound.

I built an audience, wrote content, and relied heavily on LinkedIn and X to put new prospects in front of me.

Then I got pimp slapped by algorithms.

Suddenly, the little client-acquisition machine I thought I owned turned out to be rented land, and I found myself going hard into freelancing to replace the leads that had disappeared.

Good times!

But when I started writing copy for an advertising agency, something bizarre happened...

One day, they asked me:

“Do you know cold email lead gen?”

“Negative ghostrider” was my reply.

These founders must’ve seen something crazy in my eyes. A little bit of intelligence perhaps?

Big risk on their part.

Anyway...

If there were an award for how many cold email mistakes one person could make in a short period of time, I’d be Michael Phelps with gold medals draped around my neck.

Why?

I’LL TELL YA WHY…

I bought shitty domains, wrote poor copy, made weak offers, pulled generic Apollo data, and had basically none of the infrastructure, enrichment, or verification systems we use today.

By all reasonable logic, the campaign should’ve sucked.

Oddly enough, it didn’t.

One of those early campaigns booked us a call with the founder of a company doing roughly $500,000,000 a year.

Another put us in front of a company looking to spend seven figures a month on advertising.

And the results surprised the hell out of me.

Because if I could screw up that many parts of the process and still reach buyers at that level, what would happen if I learned how to do cold email lead gen the right way?

That question became an obsession.

I started studying infrastructure, deliverability, markets, offers, data, enrichment, decision-maker selection, verification, follow-up, and all the tiny moving pieces that determine whether a cold email disappears into the void or starts a real sales conversation.

Then it hit me.

The biggest advantage in cold email usually isn’t the email.

Everyone obsesses over subject lines, opening sentences, whether the message should be 40 words or 60, and whether adding a personalized compliment will magically get the prospect to respond.

But that’s only half the story.

Because the greatest cold email in the world is useless if it reaches the wrong company, the wrong person, at the wrong time, with an offer they don’t care about.

The real reason most cold email campaigns fail starts before anyone writes a single word of copy.

They’re built on bad markets and bad data.

So I stopped thinking about cold email as a copywriting problem and started treating it as a market-access problem.

Instead of pulling thousands of contacts from Apollo and trusting whatever industry label happened to be attached to the record, I started asking harder questions.

  • Is this mofo’ really capable of buying?
  • Can we verify their email before we send anything?
  • Does this company do what the database claims it does?

But the most important question of all became a lead generation gold mine.

Is there something happening inside the business right now, like a new job posting, funding round, product launch, or technology change, that gives us a reason to reach out?

That thinking eventually became the multi-source data waterfall we use today.

Rather than trusting one giant database, we narrow the market, verify the companies inside it, identify the real decision-makers, search multiple sources for their contact information, verify the emails, enrich the records, and only then allow them into a campaign.

If one source fails, the next one gets a shot.

And the next.

Until we either find a prospect worth contacting or decide they shouldn’t be contacted at all.

Around the same time, I partnered with my business partner Charlie, who is the technical prodigy behind a lot of what we now do.

I understood the marketing, offers, copy, and psychology.

Charlie knew how to turn those ideas into systems that could process thousands of prospects without relying on someone manually clicking around spreadsheets all day.

That was the point where my scrappy little freelance experiment started becoming a real client-acquisition machine.

Like a late-night Taco Bell bender, things started to explode…

We started generating thousands of qualified leads for clients, booked 31 calls in two weeks for one campaign, helped another client generate 13 new deals in 45 days, and continued reaching buyers most businesses would assume are almost impossible to get in front of.

In fact, the client who booked those 31 calls had to pause the campaigns because they were struggling to handle the volume.

That’s a pretty good problem to have.

Once the results started piling up, people started referring us.

Clients introduced us to other business owners. More companies started asking what we were doing. And the same basic question kept popping up:

“How are you doing this?”

Enter the Cold Gold webinar.

I wanted to pull apart the process Charlie and I use every day and show you what cold email looks like when you stop treating it like a clever writing trick and start treating it like a complete client-acquisition system.

Inside?

I’ll show you how to identify markets worth targeting, build prospect lists your competitors aren’t pulling from the same tired databases, uncover hard-to-reach decision-makers, structure offers that give complete strangers a reason to respond, build the infrastructure required to reach them, and diagnose exactly what’s broken when a campaign isn’t producing sales calls.

If nothing else, remember this:

The goal isn’t to become good at sending cold emails.

The goal is to be able to look at a market, decide which companies you want as clients, and have a reliable way to start conversations with them.

That’s what Cold Gold is designed to teach.

Introducing For the 1st Time Ever…

The Cold Gold Webinar

The Complete Cold Email System For Turning Entire B2B Markets Into Qualified Sales Conversations

"IronPeak marketing filled my CRM with qualified sales calls, to say it was a game changer is an understatement"
Matt, founder of Skagit ElectricMatt, founder of Skagit Electric
"IronPeak is insane, I could finally stop relying on Google Ads which was expensive and got me poor leads, and finally had a steady stream of quality leads in my inbox. Working with them is a no brainer"
Ryan, founder of Spora LLCRyan, founder of Spora LLC

LISTEN UP!

Because I’ll bet my oddly crooked pinky toe that…

…You’ll leave Cold Gold knowing how to build and launch a cold email system capable of generating qualified leads and booked calls in the next 45–90 days, without relying on paid ads, a personal brand, referrals, or one giant database like Apollo.

With yawn-inducing PowerPoint slides and marketing theory, right?

No way, Jose.

I’m going to put my business partner in a live headlock, choke him out until he almost turns purple to make sure he shows you everything, and I mean every little detail, with a cream-of-the-crop play-by-play on how to set up the “affordable Lamborghini” of cold email tech.

Plus?

I’ll spill da beans on the underlying process that has helped us generate 31 booked calls in two weeks, 13 new deals in 45 days, thousands of qualified leads, and meetings with former Disney executives, plus the goat sauce that has our clients saying:

Why Cold Gold Absolutely Stomps The Piss Outta Any Other Cold Email Education Offer On The Web

Well, for starters…

About 80% of cold email programs start with:

“Here’s how to write a cold email.”

That’s about as backwards as a poopie-flavored lollipop.

How come?

Because by the time you start writing the email, most of the important decisions have already been made.

Read that again.

If you picked a garbage market, pulled garbage data, found the wrong employee, built a weak offer, or torched your sending infrastructure, changing three words in your opener isn’t going to save you.

So Cold Gold opens the curtains and takes you to the VIP section by showing you…

How we go from an enormous market to a list of actual companies worth pursuing, then uncover the right decision-makers inside those companies, verify that we can safely reach them, identify signals that make certain prospects more valuable right now, and only then put an offer in front of them…

Without being tech savvy, hiring a giant sales team, or nerfing your bank account by sending 10,000 emails a day only to get “ferk off” as a response.

In fact, I’d rather you didn’t…

You can prove a campaign at 300-500 emails a day, figure out what the market responds to, and then pour nuclear jet fuel gasoline (my favorite Friday night beverage) on the winners.

But most importantly…

You’ll learn how to stop creating demand and start capturing demand by leveraging our “signal”-based data acquisition to put cold emails in front of whale prospects and make them say:

HOLY SHYTE LET’S GET STARTED

Client conversation: extremely happy, a contract received on Friday and three intakes scheduled this week.
This client started with us last weds - screenshot was taken on monday. we sent them 20 leads in that period that they accepted as qualified and hot.

By The End of The Cold Gold Webinar You’ll Break Into Your Neighbor’s House And Give Them A Wedgie With High-School-Jock-Like Confidence Because You’ll Know How To:

Find Markets That Are Thirsty For Your Offers And Emails

I’ll show you how I research a market before spending a dime on data, estimate its reachable TAM, judge how sophisticated the buyers are, and determine whether your customer value is high enough to make outbound profitable.

You’ll also see why a market with 30,000 names in a database might only contain 6,000 prospects you’d wanna chat with.

Build Prospect Lists Your Competitors Can’t Touch (Peace Out Apollo)

You’ll see how our multi-source data waterfall works, including how we combine databases, company websites, enrichment tools, email finders, verification, and other data sources instead of betting the campaign on one provider.

I’ll also show you why database industry tags routinely lie to you and how we check what a company actually does before wasting an email on them.

Find The Big Wig Decision Makers Who Can Bust Out Their Wallets On Your First Sales Calls (And Give Virtual GateKeepers AN Ol’ Fashioned Wet Willy)

Finding an email address is easy compared with finding the right human being.

I’ll show you how we determine who owns the problem you solve, choose between multiple potential decision-makers, avoid useless contacts, and use AI plus simple rules to catch mistakes before they reach a campaign.

How To Make The Email You’re Sending To 1000s Seem So Personal The Prospect Thinks It’s a 1-1 Conversation

Instead of treating every company as equally valuable, I’ll show you how to build campaigns around signals of intent such as:

  • A company that just posted a relevant job
  • A recent funding round
  • A new product launch
  • Technology changes
  • Hiring activity
  • Other events that suggest your offer matters more today than it did six months ago

That’s how you stop generating random lists and start identifying reasons to contact someone now.

Create An Offer So Good Alex Hormozi Would Be Jealous (And That Makes Prospects Whip Their Cards At Their Screens In Dire Hope Of Getting Started Immediately)

Cold email doesn’t give you ten minutes to explain why you’re special.

Sometimes you get two sentences.

So I’ll show you how to construct offers around a specific result, time frame, proof, and risk reversal so the prospect immediately understands why replying might be worth their time.

You’ll also see the different offer strategies we use depending on the market, including case studies, free work, audits, lead magnets, custom breakdowns, direct-to-call offers, and more.

Write Cold Emails That’re Hawt (Paris Hilton Voice)

Flick the booger that is the 400-word AI love letter about how impressed you are by somebody’s LinkedIn content (nvm booger, that’s straight bull crap)

I’ll show you the simple structures we use to combine an offer, proof, personalization, and a low-friction CTA without burying the prospect under copy.

Whoop whoop…

You’ll understand why the email works, which means you can adapt it instead of blindly copying a template.

Build Cold Email Infrastructure So Strong It’ll Be The Great Wall of The Internet

You’ll learn what domains, inboxes, warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, verification, sending limits, and deliverability actually mean without needing a computer science degree to understand any of it.

I’ll also show you the mistake I made early on that I would absolutely never repeat:

Sending cold email from shitty infrastructure and hoping Gmail is feeling generous that day.

You’ll know how many domains and inboxes you actually need for your desired volume, how we think about domain health, and why scaling means adding infrastructure rather than squeezing more emails out of the same inboxes.

Fix Broken Campaigns Like The Spawn of MacGyver And A Hillbilly Mechanic

This might save you more money than anything else in the webinar.

Because most people respond to a bad campaign by randomly changing shit.

Bad reply rate?

Rewrite the copy, buff out the offer.

No sales?

Lubricate your pre-call process with automations, emails, proof, and a thank-you page that makes your prospect thank you instead!

Three days without a lead?

Well, I’ll show you how to fix that as well…

My Psychic Powers Are Kicking In…

I can already hear some of you thinking:

“Parker, this sounds great, but you guys have AI agents, Python scripts, APIs, hundreds of inboxes and enough software subscriptions to finance a small country.”

Correct.

That’s because we run campaigns at serious volume for clients.

You don’t need our scale to use our process.

You can start small enough to understand every moving piece, prove an offer with a few hundred emails a day, and add complexity only when it earns the right to exist.

The goal of Cold Gold isn’t to turn you into a cold email tech hotshot.

It’s to give you enough understanding of the entire machine that you can build it yourself, hire somebody to help you build it, or finally know whether the person you’re paying knows what the hell they’re doing.

Here’s A Small Taste Of What You’ll Discover Inside Cold Gold…

  • The #1 mistake that kills cold email campaigns before the first email is ever written… and why rewriting your copy won’t save you if you get this wrong.
  • How to calculate your reachable market before spending a dime on leads… including why a database showing 30,000 prospects might leave you with only 6,000 people you can actually contact.
  • The “Count Before You Buy” rule we use before purchasing thousands of leads. Ignore this and you could burn through your budget building a list that never had a chance of working.
  • Why targeting a smaller market can sometimes make you MORE money… and the simple relationship between customer value, TAM, and acquisition cost that determines how narrow you can afford to go.
  • The 4 levels of cold-email market difficulty… including the unsuspecting B2B niches sitting on “Easy Mode” while everyone else fights over SaaS companies and marketing agencies.
  • The strange reason a “better filtered” prospect list can actually produce WORSE results… and when you should rank a lead instead of deleting them.
  • WARNING: Never blindly trust the “industry” field in your lead database. We tested a janitorial dataset that somehow included plumbing contractors, housing authorities, architecture firms, and proptech companies.
  • Why “Staffing & Recruiting” doesn’t necessarily mean staffing or recruiting. In one analysis, only about 26% of companies were permanent-placement firms and roughly one-third weren’t recruiters at all.
  • The sneaky list-building mistake that can make a giant market look far bigger than it really is… including how one franchise quietly contributed 67 contacts to a single list.
  • How to find companies your competitors completely miss by using a multi-source data waterfall instead of betting your campaign on Apollo.
  • The exact waterfall logic we use when one data source comes up empty… so you can keep searching without immediately paying the most expensive provider.
  • Why the hardest part of lead generation usually isn’t finding somebody’s email address. It’s finding the right PERSON inside the company… and roughly two-thirds of companies in one of our workflows returned no usable contact at all.
  • The email-finder tweak that increased our deliverable yield from 51% to 69% and recovered another 124 leads without meaningfully increasing the cost of the workflow.
  • The free data source sitting under your nose that recovered roughly 19% of missing contacts in one workflow. Most people pay another data vendor before they even think to check it.
  • What NEVER to assume when your data provider stamps an email “verified.” Employees leave, mailboxes disappear, and somebody else’s verification is only a snapshot in time.
  • The bizarre verification failure that made 1,132 perfectly usable leads look dead… and how we recovered 98% of them after discovering what actually broke.
  • How to deal with “catch-all” emails without blindly firing messages at addresses that may not even exist.
  • The difference between finding a decision-maker and finding the person who can actually buy what you sell. Get this wrong and you can have perfect data attached to a completely useless prospect.
  • How we use AI to choose between multiple possible decision-makers… while using simple rules to stop AI from doing dumb things like selecting a Director of General Services for the wrong campaign.
  • Why AI alone isn’t enough to run cold outreach at scale. A mistake rate of just 1 in 100 becomes 1,000 bad decisions when you process 100,000 leads.
  • The “AI chooses, code double-checks” principle Charlie and I use to catch mistakes that neither AI nor rigid automation would spot on their own.
  • The hidden campaign setting we once discovered that made an entire campaign incapable of sending a single email… even though every spreadsheet and setup file said it was ready to go.

But That’s Only A Fraction Of The Goodie Bag

  • How to turn a boring static prospect list into a “Demand Capture List” filled with companies that have an actual reason to care about your offer RIGHT NOW.
  • The 3 targeting dimensions every prospect should ideally pass: Fit, Pain, and Timing. Most cold emailers only bother checking the first one.
  • Why “they just raised money” does NOT mean they want your service… and the extra question you have to answer before a signal becomes useful.
  • The BEST way to use funding rounds for outbound… including why “Funding + Hiring” can be exponentially more valuable than funding alone.
  • How to turn job postings into lead-generation gold. In one workflow, LinkedIn added 2,705 unique jobs and generated roughly 40% more ICP-fit opportunities.
  • The surprisingly useful planning ratio we found in staffing: roughly four ICP-fit job postings produced one verified outreach lead.
  • What a company hiring SDRs, lifecycle marketers, security staff, or other specific roles can quietly reveal about what they may need next.
  • How to turn somebody’s job description into personalized cold-email ammunition without writing cringe AI compliments about their latest LinkedIn post.
  • The “recent technology change” signal that can tell you when a company may be preparing to buy, switch, implement, or upgrade software.
  • How a new office, warehouse, branch, facility, or location can create immediate demand for boring B2B services that almost nobody else is targeting.
  • The simple signal-stacking strategy that can transform “another SaaS company” into “a Series B SaaS company that just hired a VP Sales and is currently adding eight salespeople.”
  • Why the future of cold email isn’t sending MORE emails. It’s getting better at deciding which 2,000 companies out of 50,000 deserve an email in the first place.

But Wait There’s More (Billy Mays’ Voice)

  • The simple offer formula that lets a complete stranger understand what you do, what result they can expect, and why replying may be worth their time… sometimes in as little as two sentences.
  • The 4 questions silently running through every prospect’s head when your email hits their inbox… and how your offer can answer all four before they click delete.
  • Why a cold email case study can outperform clever copy by instantly answering the one question every skeptical prospect has: “Have you done this for somebody like me?”
  • The “free work” offer that can make ignoring you harder than replying… without giving away your entire service for nothing.
  • When to send an audit, Loom, lead magnet, custom breakdown, case study, or straight-to-call pitch depending on how sophisticated your market is.
  • The reason offers that crush in commercial cleaning can completely bomb in cybersecurity or SEO… even if the copy is identical.
  • How to reduce the risk of saying “yes” until your prospect feels almost silly rejecting the conversation.
  • Why “Would you like more leads?” is usually a terrible cold-email offer… and how to attach your pitch to a problem the company has already revealed.

Plus: How To Build The Machine Without Setting Your Domains On Fire

  • What NEVER to do with your main business domain. Make this mistake and you’re gambling the domain you use for clients, invoices, support, and actual business communication.
  • The conservative sending range we use per inbox… and why trying to squeeze more volume from the same infrastructure can end up costing you far more than simply adding inboxes.
  • How many domains and inboxes you actually need to send 100, 300, or 1,000 cold emails a day without pulling the numbers out of thin air.
  • Why being able to provision 25 mailboxes on one domain does NOT mean you should blast cold email from all 25 of them.
  • The “In Use / Reserve / Burned” domain system we use to know exactly what infrastructure can send, what’s sitting on the bench, and what should never touch another campaign.
  • The quickest way to understand SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, deliverability, mailboxes, domains, APIs, enrichment, verification, and CRMs without becoming a DNS engineer.
  • How long you should expect brand-new mailboxes to warm before relying on them for outreach… and why buying domains today does not mean you should start hammering prospects tomorrow.
  • Why cold email doesn’t need to cost thousands of dollars a month to prove an offer. You can start at 100–300 emails a day, find something that works, and only then add fuel.
  • The cold-email economics calculation that matters far more than whether your software bill feels “expensive.” If acquiring a $10,000 customer costs $1,000, the goal isn’t to save the $1,000. It’s to do it again.
  • Why we refuse to build our entire operation inside one giant software platform… and how being able to swap data sources, verifiers, infrastructure, and tools protects you when one inevitably goes to shit.

Finally, I’ll Show You What To Do AFTER You Hit Send

  • The #1 mistake people make when a campaign starts sucking: randomly changing five things at once and having no idea which change actually mattered.
  • How to tell whether a bad campaign has a deliverability problem, targeting problem, offer problem, booking problem, or sales problem just by looking at where the numbers collapse.
  • Why good reply rates with terrible positive replies usually means your infrastructure is NOT the problem.
  • What it means when prospects are interested but refuse to book… and why rewriting your subject line won’t fix it.
  • What NEVER to conclude after sending only 100 emails. For an otherwise healthy campaign, I’d rather see roughly 1,000 delivered emails before making major strategic decisions.
  • WARNING: There is one number where you should NOT wait for 1,000 emails. If your bounce rate spikes, stop and investigate before you set your infrastructure on fire.
  • What actually counts as a “qualified lead” and why you need to decide that BEFORE launching rather than arguing about it after the replies arrive.
  • What to do the moment somebody replies positively so a lead doesn’t rot in your inbox while you congratulate yourself for generating it.
  • The 8-day positive-reply follow-up process and why the first three days matter most.
  • What to do with prospects who showed interest and then vanished instead of permanently throwing away the hardest lead in the funnel to acquire.
  • The pre-call experience that starts closing the prospect before your Zoom room ever opens, using proof, confirmation, video, email, SMS, and follow-up.
  • The simple sales-call question that tells you why a prospect really agreed to meet with you: “Mind if I ask why you took this call?”
  • How to move a cold prospect from their current problem to the outcome they want without turning your sales call into a 45-minute pitch deck.
  • The “money aside” question that lets you separate doubts about your ability from doubts about your price before you attempt the close.
  • The exact 12-step roadmap for launching your first Cold Gold campaign, from choosing one B2B market to building 1,000 verified prospects, sending 100–300 emails a day, diagnosing the weakest number, and scaling what works

At the moment, my budget is structured on a cost-per-meeting basis only. Unfortunately, I don't have budget allocated for monthly retainers or setup fees. If your business supports a per meeting booked based pricing model, I'd be happy to connect and discuss how we might work together.

What We’ll Cover Inside Cold Gold

Section 1: Why Cold Email Still Works

Why cold email isn’t dead, what actually kills campaigns, where it works best, which businesses should use it, and the basic rules you need to understand before sending anything.

Section 2: The Cold Email Tech Stack

Domains, mailboxes, sending infrastructure, warmup, deliverability, verification, CRMs, sending limits, and how to build the machinery without risking your main business domain.

Section 3: Finding Markets Worth Attacking

How to calculate your reachable TAM, match market size to customer value, identify pain-qualified segments, and figure out whether you’re entering an easy market or trying to sell into cold-email hell.

Section 4: Building Better Prospect Lists

How we verify companies, find the real decision-maker, recover missing contact information, verify emails, and use our multi-source data waterfall instead of trusting one giant database.

Section 5: Using AI Without Letting It Run Your Business Into A Wall

How we use AI for research, classification, decision-maker selection, personalization, and workflow automation while keeping human QA and simple rules in place to catch mistakes.

Section 6: Demand Capture & Signal Intent

How to stop asking, “Who could buy this?” and start finding companies with an actual reason to care right now using hiring, funding, product launches, technology changes, expansion, and dozens of other signals.

Section 7: Offers & Cold Email Copy

How to create an offer a stranger can understand in seconds, choose the right campaign angle for your market, write short emails, personalize without AI slop, and build follow-ups that get responses.

Section 8: Diagnosing & Scaling Campaigns

The numbers we actually watch, how to identify where a campaign is leaking, what to test first, when to stop a campaign, and why randomly rewriting copy is usually the wrong move.

Section 9: Turning Replies Into Revenue

What to do after someone says yes, how to follow up with positive replies, improve booked-call conversion, build the pre-call experience, and move cold prospects through the sales conversation.

Section 10: Your First Cold Gold Campaign

The exact launch plan: choose one B2B market, calculate the TAM, select a segment and signal, create the offer, build 1,000 verified prospects, launch at 100–300 emails per day, diagnose the weakest number, and scale what works.

Snazzy Bonuses Anyone? Yes?

I’ve also built a Cold Gold Resource Vault so you can actually put this stuff to work after the webinar.

Cold Gold Case Study Library

See real campaigns, replies, booked meetings, and examples of cold outreach reaching buyers most people would assume are impossible to get in front of.

Cold Gold 100 Niches

A swipe file of 100 B2B markets you can research, test, and use as inspiration when choosing where to start.

Cold Gold Email Tech Map

A plain-English map showing how domains, inboxes, sending software, data, enrichment, verification, AI, CRM, and the rest of the cold-email machine fit together.

Domain Deal Finder

A prompt designed to help you hunt down current registrar promotions so you’re not needlessly overpaying when building sending infrastructure.

Domain Naming Generator

Use it to create believable sending-domain ideas that stay close to your real brand without looking like something a Nigerian prince registered 14 minutes ago.

Cold Gold Infrastructure Planner

Tell it how many emails you want to send per day and use the framework to estimate the domains and inboxes required to support that volume.

Cold Email Economics Calculator

Figure out whether your campaign economics actually make sense by comparing customer value, acquisition cost, infrastructure expense, sales volume, and market size.

Cold Gold Offer Generator Prompt

Use the same principles from the webinar to generate stronger offers built around specific outcomes, time frames, proof, differentiation, and risk reversal.

Cold Gold 50 Offer Examples

50 different cold-email offer structures you can study, steal from, adapt, and use when “Want more leads?” is the best idea your brain can come up with.

Cold Gold 100-Signal Database

100 events and company changes you can use to identify prospects with a reason to care about your offer right now.

Including signals around:

  • Hiring
  • Funding
  • Expansion
  • New executives
  • New products
  • Technology changes
  • Advertising activity
  • Headcount growth
  • Contracts
  • Acquisitions
  • Business problems
  • And dozens more

Instead of emailing 50,000 random companies, use this to find the 2,000 that actually deserve an email.

Email Follow-Up + KPI Tracker

Track the numbers that matter from delivered emails to replies, positive replies, qualified leads, booked calls, and sales so you can see exactly where your funnel starts leaking.

Cold Gold Campaign Diagnosis & Repair Checklist

A troubleshooting system for answering:

“Why the hell isn’t this campaign working?”

Use it to determine whether the problem is your market, signal, offer, messaging, CTA, data, deliverability, booking process, qualification, or sales process before you start randomly changing things.

Cold Gold Campaign Starter Prompt

Your implementation shortcut for putting the whole webinar together.

Use it to help work through:

  • Your market
  • Reachable TAM
  • ICP
  • Pain-qualified segment
  • Signals
  • Offer
  • Prospect criteria
  • Campaign angle
  • Copy
  • Infrastructure requirements
  • Testing plan
  • KPIs
  • Next steps

So instead of closing the webinar with 47 pages of notes and thinking…

“Cool. What the hell do I do first?”

…you’ll have a framework for building your first Cold Gold campaign from scratch.

MOOLAH

At this point you know what’s inside Cold Gold.

You’re getting the complete cold email system Charlie and I use to research markets, build prospect lists, uncover decision-makers, capture demand, create offers, launch campaigns, diagnose the numbers, and turn positive replies into sales conversations.

Plus the entire Cold Gold Resource Vault so you’re not left staring at pages of notes wondering:

“Cool… now what the ferk do I actually do?”

Now, I could play the classic internet marketing game here…

Slap an imaginary $497 value on one spreadsheet.

Say a prompt is worth $997.

Tell you the 100-Signal Database has an “actual value” of $1,297 because Mercury is in retrograde.

Nah.

Here’s how I think about the value instead:

How much is avoiding ONE expensive cold email mistake worth?

  • Buying thousands of shitty leads?
  • Spending weeks pitching the wrong market?
  • Building infrastructure that burns itself to a crisp?
  • Getting positive replies and then letting them die because your follow-up sucks?
  • Finding 10,000 prospects only to discover most of them aren’t actually qualified?

Any one of those mistakes can cost you more than Cold Gold.

And on the other side of the coin…

What is one good client worth to you?

  • $1,000?
  • $5,000?
  • $10,000?
  • $50,000?

We built this entire system because cold email gave us the ability to reach companies we would’ve had almost no other way of getting in front of.

And you’re getting the playbook, the resources, and the ugly lessons we learned while screwing this stuff up ourselves.

So no, Cold Gold isn’t free.

But I’m also not charging you thousands of dollars to learn it.

You can get everything I’ve shown you on this page today for:

$99

Think about that for a second.

If Cold Gold helps you avoid one trash data purchase, one busted campaign, or one month spent hammering the wrong market…

It can pay for itself before you ever book a client.

And if it helps you land one good customer?

Well…

I’m hoping you don’t need me to bust out a calculator.

And I’m Taking The Risk, Not You

I don’t want you buying Cold Gold, opening it up, and thinking:

“Parker, you neck-tattooed bastard. This wasn’t what I expected.”

So your purchase is protected by my:

The Cold Gold “No Shyte” Guarantee

Go ahead…

Buy.

Join the webinar, get the resources, pelt Sir Charles and me with infinite questions during the Q&A.

Swipe our system.

If within 30 DAYS you genuinely don’t believe Cold Gold gave you a clearer, more useful plan for finding prospects, building campaigns, and generating qualified sales conversations…

Send us an email.

We’ll refund your purchase.

And you can still keep all of the resources and bonuses.

Because I’d rather give you your money back than have you sitting there pissed off every time my oddly handsome face appears in your inbox.

Choices, Choices, Choices…

You can close this page and keep doing what most businesses do.

  • Wait for referrals.
  • Hope LinkedIn feels generous.
  • Pray somebody stumbles across your content.

…Spend more money on ads every time you want more traffic.

Or keep pulling giant generic databases and firing emails into the abyss hoping somebody eventually says yes.

Or…

You can learn how to deliberately choose a market, identify the companies most worth contacting, uncover the people capable of buying, put an offer in front of them, measure what happens, fix what’s broken, and scale the campaigns to the boo yah moon.

Getting more qualified sales conversations with companies you actually want as clients.

So if you want a client acquisition channel you can operate without begging an algorithm for permission…

Then come join me inside Cold Gold.

Frequently Asked Questions

“I’ve never sent a cold email before. Is this too advanced?”

Nope.

Remember how this whole story started?

I didn’t know cold email lead gen either.

Cold Gold begins with the fundamentals and then shows you how the more sophisticated pieces fit together, so you understand the machine before you start bolting turbochargers onto it.

“Do I need to know how to code?”

Negative ghostrider.

Charlie and I use AI agents, APIs, Python, and custom workflows because we operate at much higher volume.

You do not need to build what we’ve built to start.

You need to understand the process well enough to launch a smaller campaign correctly, then add complexity when it actually becomes useful.

“Do I need to send thousands of emails every day?”

Absolutely not.

I’d rather you prove your market and offer at a few hundred emails per day before scaling.

Sending 5,000 emails a day with a crappy market and crappy offer doesn’t make you a sophisticated outbound operator.

It just helps you fail faster and more expensively.

“Do I need Apollo?”

No.

In fact, a giant part of Cold Gold is showing you why relying on one database can leave huge holes in your market.

You’ll see how our multi-source data waterfall works and how we combine different sources to find prospects other people miss.

“How much does the software cost?”

You can start for a few hundred dollars a month depending on your volume and stack.

Cold email isn’t free.

But I don’t care whether something is “cheap.”

I care whether the economics work.

If spending $1,000 helps you reliably acquire a client worth $10,000, my first thought isn’t:

“How do we save the $1,000?”

It’s:

“How many times can we do that again?”

“Does this work for every business?”

No.

And anyone telling you otherwise is sniffing glue.

Cold Gold is primarily built around B2B outreach, where you can identify companies and the decision-makers inside them.

The economics, size of the market, customer value, sophistication, and offer all matter.

I’ll show you how to evaluate those things before you start sending.

“What if my market is small?”

A smaller market doesn’t automatically kill cold email.

The question is what a customer is worth.

If one client is worth $50,000, researching 500 carefully chosen companies can make perfect sense.

If a customer is worth $500, you probably need significantly more volume.

Cold Gold shows you how TAM, LTV, and CAC fit together so you don’t blindly apply somebody else’s numbers to your business.

“Is cold email legal?”

Cold email can be legal, but the rules depend on where you and your prospects are located.

I’ll explain the practical basics we consider, including suppression and opt-outs, but I’m not your lawyer and Cold Gold is not legal advice.

If you’re operating somewhere with specific requirements, get appropriate legal guidance.

“What happens if people reply but don’t book?”

Then congratulations.

You’ve learned something.

A positive reply that doesn’t become a meeting tells you something different than an email that never gets a response.

Cold Gold shows you how to diagnose the entire chain from delivery to reply to positive reply to booked call to sale, so you stop “fixing” parts of the campaign that aren’t broken.

“What if Cold Gold isn’t for me?”

That’s why you have the [30-Day Cold Gold No Shyte Guarantee].

Go through it.

If you genuinely don’t think it gave you a clearer path to building a cold email acquisition system, email us and get your money back.

Simple.
